2.Q. Why use an agency when I can hire a private care giver.
A. Canada Health & Home Care Inc. Staff are screened by our human resources department., they have been referenced, have a police clearance, and are covered by liability insurance and WSIB. If you hire a private person they may not have the qualifications or insurance required for the care needed.

3. Q. What happens if my nurse is sick or requires time off:
A. Canada Health & Home Care Inc. works with a primary model of care, we have one primary nurse involved in your care but we also have additional staff trained and available to take over your care if needed.

4.Q. What if my nurse does not arrive on the schedule time.
A. Canada Health & Home Care Inc. has live office coverage 24 hr,7 days per week. If at any time you have a question concerning your care or coverage please call our office, we will be there to help.

5. Q. What if my mom or dad requires care but have no financial means to cover the cost.
